3 overall tasks as a recruiter:

Recruitment of following profiles:

o Internal selections
o External selections
o Insourcing (freelance who is already working for the company -> transfer to internal employee)


Min 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably on site contracting experience in large organisations

o Proven experience in finding IT profiles.
o Trilingual NL/FR/EN.
o Diplomatic, convincing, result oriented.
o Flexibility:
- willing and able to switch between senior and junior profiles
- main working location is Brussels, but sometimes it will be required to travel to other sites throughout the country

o full time assignment or 4/5
