· Deliver key selling messages to the target audience
· Manage relationships with clients to ensure KPIs (for yourself and the team) are delivered and to attain sales goal
· Maintain existing business and promote additional services by providing solutions to the client’s needs
· Self-sufficient and highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities to proper manage the territory of the team as well as their own territory and meet call expectation
· Coach and motivate your experienced team to rise up to the challenge
· Preferably Master’s degree
· Proven sales track record in hospital sales
· Experience in People management is mandatory
· Active network in Dermato-cosmetics is a ‘must’, a national network is a big ‘plus’
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Dutch, French and English
· Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units
· Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage
· Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
· Energetic and self-motivated
· Strong people and Strategic management skills
· Permanent contract directly with the client
