Your job

Sale of software solutions, especially in the field of workforce management aimed at the acquisition of new customers in Belgium (with a focus on Flanders)
Presentation of the company and their solutions (Advanced WorkForce-Management, sp-expert.de) to customers
Guidance and development of existing customers at home and abroad, among other things by creating new sales opportunities and concluding and updating maintenance contracts
Drawing up complete quotations, with an eye for profitability and realizability
Guidance of our service department in the implementation of projects
Processing technical specifications and participating in tenders with support from our sales and service department

Your profile

You have worked successfully for several years in the sale of complex software solutions and you know the project business, preferably in the field of workforce management.
You convince our customers by providing technically founded advice, you have a high self-motivation and you know how to present the benefits of complex software solutions to the customer (e.g. senior management).
You are able to generate and identify needs and are also a reliable partner after the acquisition who builds the customer relationship in the long term.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably technically/economically oriented) plus a completed relevant sales education and a valid driving license.
You speak fluent Dutch and German and/or English at a decent level.
