Role : Give support to the Pharmacy Team, such as Marketing Manager, Product Manager, as well as the Key Account Manager (KAM) and Field Sales Manager

Main accountabilities:

  • Marketing:

Bring support to the marketing team (brand, digital)

Undertake daily administrative tasks to coordinate the team’s activity:

          ▪ Purchase Order Creation

          ▪ Follow up on budget

          ▪ Handle artworks: translation FR/NL, update of the product database etc

          ▪ Take part in the creation of promotion material

          ▪ Enter product information in software

Support the marketing team in different projects (analysis, e-mailing etc)

Organisation of events (internal and sales meetings, special events etc)

 

  • Sales:

Prepare and take part in promotion meetings

Forecast promotions on Promess in close collaboration with the supply chain department and KAMs

Create a national promotion plan using CNK codes and by calculating promotion prices

Management of key accounts:

          ▪Create templates of promotion material (sales book, order sheets, samples…) for sales tours and business trips

          ▪Communicate to sales representatives: recap sales tour, visit frequency, tracking order

Follow-up on sales performance, objectives, orders and stocks with sales reps and KAMs on a weekly basis

Forecast and follow-up on wholesalers’ promotional stock

Activate actions in Easy Trade and order forms on Excel

Provide and overview of promotional activities at direct customers and key accounts (picture fields, e-commerce newsletters, ...)

Analyse promotion on Key Accounts (sell-in, sell-out, costs)

 

 

Profil:

Fluent in Dutch & French, good command of English

Analytical and organizational

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously

Good IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP,

Flexibility, adaptability, multitasking
