For our customer we’re looking for a talented Support Engineer On-Site.

You'll be a crurcial part of the local IT team and you'll take care of the daily support towards the local end-users.
As an On-Site Support Engineer you'll treat all the first & second line support questions and problems in a professional and mature manner.
For this position you'll be expected to handle tickets, help end-users at their desks and take calls.
Take into account that most of the issues will be W10 related.
Your skills :
- Great knowledge of W10 / 7 / 8
- MS office apps
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP knowledge
- Remote desktop
- Mobile device management
- PC hardware
- French and English are a must!
