Hays Sales Brussels is currently looking for an account manager for a well-known company active in B2B financial sector. Given its strong growth, the firm is looking to open a new position and extend its sales team.
In this position as Account Manager, it will become your responsibility to develop a new B2B clients portfolio (direct sales). You’ll have to hunt new B2B clients and close new contracts. Those clients will be medium and large companies in Belgium. You’ll be mainly on the road visiting two or three clients a day, with an internal support to help you identify potential customers and schedule your appointments. You’ll be mainly in contact with the financial directors within the company. Your work will be consisting in selling complex services and therefore advice the clients in order to sell the best solution for them. You’ll have to report to the sales manager and finally you will be responsible for whole Belgium.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree or has acquired an equivalent experience. Moreover, you have at least 5 years of experience in selling complex services in a B2B environment. The knowledge of financial and/or insurance industry is considered as a strong asset and if not you must have an affinity with this specific industry. Besides, you are bilingual French/Dutch. For this position, we are looking for a true hunter, able to work autonomously and who is driven by the results.
