We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join the Risk Advisory Department.
As part of the Risk Advisory Go-To-Market/business development team, your responsibilities are:
- Generating and following-up of leads for defined Risk Advisory service lines through cold-calling, prospection meeting, networking sessions, internal liaison with partners of other business units
- Structuring the sales efforts and developing sales traction within respective Service Lines
- Building commercial DNA within the organization through internal optimization projects
- Taking part in commercial reporting to the Management team
- Providing advice on how to improve the go-to-market strategy of several Deloitte Service Lines
- Being part of bid management
- Coordinating the development of marketing materials with all involved departments
- You hold a master degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering or Business Management)
- You have built an experience in B2B business development of services (consultative selling), ideally between 3 to 5 years within the management consulting industry
- Language skills: Dutch, English, and proficient knowledge of French
- Good communication skills, proactive, stress resistant and resilient
- An already existing business network is a strong asset
- You like a mix of outside and inside sales, with relatively long sales tracks
- You have a broad interest in consulting services in general
- You are a great networker and willing to develop and maintain communities of stakeholders for Deloitte service lines
- You have experience in cold calling
- You love generating leads and pass them on to the right experts
