IT Manager (High potential)

I'm eagerly looking for a IT Manager who has a ton of motivation and excellent IT and management skills to bring this international company to the next level. In Belgium they are with more than 70 employees and they are part of an international group of more than 20 sites worldwide. As they are focusing on the health/pharmaceutical sector their business keeps on growing.

You will be working from their offices in Diegem but will be in close contact with your colleagues in France and Italy. Travel would be limited to 1x/month.
For the Belgian site you will will have a broad challenge starting with implementing a new CRM and make sure the change is perceived positively and goes effectively, selecting-negotiating-evaluating service providers and make sure they commit to their SLA's, analysing the specific business need and find suitable solutions, making the transition to the Cloud (Azure),....
Besides the local projects you will be working on corporate projects as well what means you will be working with an international team and communication is of the essence!

As you will have a broad responsibility we don't expect you already have all the necessary skills.
Therefore personality, motivation and attitude is the most important aspect. I'm searching for someone with a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, a customer-focused view and a well-developed communicative style. Being able to make the bridge between IT And business is also from big importance.
Off course technical skills are from some importance. Ideally I'm looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience as a IT Manager or 5 as a project manager. Having knowledge from infrastructure, networks, software applications and SAP is always beneficial. Experience with budget planning and RFI, RFP and RFQ; experience with agile and lean are considered a plus.
Last but not least, you are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
